NTP100-GPS HIGH STABILITY

The NTP100 GPS HS is a stratum 1 high-precision network time server that generates the network time protocol (NTP). Synchronizing with the GPS satellites, the NTP100 GPS HS can serve your entire network as an enterprise-wide source for traceably accurate time and date. The NTP100 GPS HS includes a high stability internal oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) to maintain holdover time with a typical stability of 1ppb/day. The unit can can be rackmounted or stand separately.

TIME REFERENCE

	When synchronized : Atomic clocks in GPS satellites - long term accuracy same as GPS atomic clock
	After initial synchronization and (if) upon loss of GPS signal, the NTP100 will revert to an internal high stability oven controlled crystal oscillator. The OCXO maintains typical holdover stability of 1ppb/day ( < 7 sec per year or <19 ms per day) after 30 days aging.
	Time is maintained during power outages or storage using a battery backed real time clock (RTC) and low power precision temperature compensated crystal oscillator with typical holdover accuracy of +/- 165 mS/day.
